The Other Girl Got Pregnant
The Dream: In my dream I noticed that a girl in my class at
college was pregnant. Then I heard someone who was a friend but I can't
recall who tells me, "Amy is pregnant". Then another friend (who I can't
remember) joined in and they both got me aside and went on to tell me that my
boyfriend got Amy pregnant. I stressed out for a second then realized that
my boyfriend didn't even know Amy, they'd never even met. Then I woke
up.
I later told my boyfriend of the dream and he thought I was

What was going on in her life. My boyfriend and I have a
pretty solid relationship for a year. I really trust him and feel
confident that he isn't cheating but once in a while I get this thought,
"what if", but I dismiss it quickly because it doesn't fit him. The
interpretation: The dreamer states that she feels pretty confident
about her relationship with her boyfriend. When ever one of the notions of
doubt enter her mind she quickly dismisses them. Doubt, however, lingers
in the subconscious mind and needs to be removed through a dream as it did
in this case. When the dreamer momentarily stresses at the prospect of her
boyfriend being the one that made her classmate pregnant, the doubt is
allowed to come out and be discharged into a dream scene. Thus she
experiences the trauma of his infidelity momentarily, until she realizes
in the dream that her boyfriend doesn't even know the girl. This is where
the dream diverts her attention away from the focus of "infidelity" and
onto the notion that the dream doesn't make sense. It accomplished its
work when she went through the fake infidelity incident and stressed out
